Vaishno Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in the year 2014 with a view to manufacture of wire/textile braided hoses and hose assemblies (Hydraulic hoses, Industrial hoses & Automotive hoses) conforming  to International Standards i.e. DIN, EN, SAE, IS & BSspecifications and other Rubber-to-metal bonded parts.

The company is being managed and controlled by both the undernoted Directors. The directors have over 21 years of rich experience in working with a similar industry. Both have proven track record of driving growth in the past.

We are committed to the design, manufacture and distribution of reinforced rubber hoses. We have established state-of-the-art production facility and infrastructure to manufacture hoses and the production unit based in Moradabad (U.P.) is spread over a sprawling land area of approximately 5 acres (Approximately 60,000 Sq. ft. covered area). At this location, we have commenced the manufacturing of long length hoses on Flexible Nylon Mandrels to increase our capacity and consistent quality. Our two High-Speed Extrusion lines are completely automated line, which has a 3.1/2” Cold Feed Extruder with Five Zone Temperature Control System & 2.1/2” Cold Feed Extruder with Four Zone Temperature Control System. The Laser Control System carries out the dimensional control of the rubber extrusion. Both of these extrusion lines also have the appropriate Let Off, Caterpillars, Cooling Trough as well as Haul on Systems. The wire bobbin winders wind multiple ends of wire simultaneously on to a single bobbin. The braiding of the hose is done by SINTECH Machinery and (OMA s.r.l) and these are the most modern machines of their kind.
